The monumental Surly Thanksgiving Feast is back. A legitimately epic meal crafted to serve 4-6 hungry people, this kit delivers everything you need, from the bird to the sides to the beer.
Your 2024 Menu:
- 3 lbs smoked turkey w/jus, lemon-herb brined and smoked over oak
- 2 qts white cheddar mashed potatoes with heavy cream and butter
- 1 qt turkey demi gravy
- 2 qts green bean casserole (this is Minnesota, we legally have to offer this) w/smoked mushroom cream and crispy fried onions
- 1 qt herb stuffing—mirepoix, thyme, sage, parsley, chicken stock
- 1/2 pan baby kale salad-dried cherries, puffed wild rice, feta, cider vinaigrette
- 1 pint Pentagram cranberries
- Milk buns w/honey butter
- Pumpkin pie
- 1 750 mL bottle of Feastbier 2024 (wee heavy aged in Dickel whiskey barrels w/vanilla)
