Your 2023 Menu:
- 3 lbs smoked turkey w/jus, lemon-herb brined and smoked over oak
- 2 qts white cheddar mashed potatoes with heavy cream and butter
- 1 qt turkey demi gravy
- 2 qts green bean casserole (like you thought we’d forget) w/smoked mushroom cream and crispy fried onions
- 1 qt wild rice stuffing—mirepoix, thyme, chicken stock
- 1 qt maple sage glazed carrots
- 1 pint Pentagram cranberries
- Cornbread w/honey butter
- Pumpkin pie
- 1 750 mL bottle of Feastbier 2023 (weizenbock aged in 1792 15-year Bourbon barrels)
