Catering To You

There are many reasons to hold your wedding at Surly: the one-of-a-kind venue, the dedicated, on-site event coordinator, the state-of-the-art A/V system, everything.

But today, we’d like to focus on two of the most important things: food and beer.

The Food

You have to eat on your wedding day. This is easy to say but not always easy to do as you make your rounds, greeting family members and honored guests, and avoiding the pull of the dance floor after saying “I do.” Luckily, we make it easy to stop and eat with food offerings from our award-winning catering team so undeniable that they might be the highlight of your day. We have customizable menus for many dining options including breakfast (For dinner? Hell. Yes.), dinner buffets, and plated options. Popular menu items include our highly praised BBQ, Minnesota staple walleye, and Southern-style fried chicken. And don’t forget the cake, cookies, bars, tiramisu, or any other sweet treats that are the perfect icing to your wedding day.

And that’s just what you’ll find inside. If you’re planning an outdoor wedding in our peerless beer garden, you might consider the exceptional fare from the Surly Food Truck. Your menu might be BBQ, tacos, housemade sausage, or something else you dream up. It’s your day.

The Beer

Of course, an event at Surly would be incomplete without beer. (You wouldn’t have your wedding at Olive Garden without ordering breadsticks. Also, don’t have your wedding at Olive Garden, they don’t have the space or parking.) We have more than 25 taps for guests to choose from of all styles, and can add an exclusive beer cocktail(s) for your event that can appeal for guests who are iffy on beer. We also have ample non-alcoholic options for children, minors, and non-drinkers.

We’ll assume you’re now hungry and thirsty. So, grab a pint and let us know that you’re ready to get the ball rolling. For additional ease, here’s a direct link to our Events Team.
