Take a Trip

Surly’s BC Small Batch August release imagines a world where an IPA gets dry-hopped not once, not even twice, but three entire times.

We call this brave new reality Trip Hop, and it’s available to all U.S. Surly markets.

This massive attack of Lotus, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops isn’t tricky in the slightest, and features an intense, high-decibel blast of hop flavor and character that can be enjoyed from Prior Lake to Portishead. Relax in your nearest mezzanine and enjoy it safe from harm–it might bring a teardrop to your eye in these sour times.

The particulars:

ABV: 10.4%

Malt: 2-Row, Acidulated, Carafoam

Hops: Lotus, Amarillo, El Dorado

Yeast: English Ale

Pour: Gold

Bitterness: High
