Our final seasonal release of 2022 sees the standalone debut of one of our most popular variety pack selections.
Hypermodern IPA showcases the Idaho 7 ® hop in all its glory. We piloted this beer with our friends at Yakima Chief Hops and Jackson Hop Farms back in the summer of 2021 before featuring it in our first variety pack of this year. They loved it. We loved it. You did, too.
The unmistakable notes of melon, red berries, pineapple, and tangerine shine through, as Idaho 7 ® refuses to be strictly tropical or citrusy, instead choosing both. An addition of Sabro hops heightens the tropical elements even more.
Hypermodern is available to all Surly markets on draft and in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans through January 2023.
