On Friday, January 26, Surly Pizza Upstairs hosts Proof, a hoagie pop-up from 11am-2pm, where we’ll be slinging hoagies and cold beers for an epic Friday lunch. The full menu:

SERVED HOT:

• MEATBALL–Meatballs, marinara, fresh mozz, parm, basil
• EGGPLANT PARM–Fried eggplant, marinara, fresh mozz, parm, basil

SERVED COLD:

• COLD CUTS–Mortadella, coppa, salami, provolone, lettuce, onion, tomato, mayo, red wine vinegar, olive oil, chili flakes, oregano
• MUFFALETTA–Mortadella, olive tapenade, giardiniera, pomodoraccio spread, pesto, lettuce, onion, provolone

All hoagies served on a homemade sesame baguette.
