We’re coming back.

On Friday, February 28th, Surly Pizza Upstairs hosts Proof, a lunch pop-up from 11am until we sell out, where we’ll be slinging sandwiches and cold beers for an epic Friday lunch.

Menu, 2/28:

Pork and Rapini – Roasted pork, grilled rapini, provolone, jus
French Dip – Roast beef, grilled onion, roasted mushroom, gruyere, jus
Greasy Sleeve – Fennel sausage, pepperoni, provolone, mozz, sauteed onions and bell peppers, lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli, chili flakes, oregano
Chinaski – Ham on rye, red wine mustard, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion

Word to the wise: Get here sooner rather than later and head upstairs. First come, first serve, no pre-orders.
