Welcome to Dorit’s Tavern. Open from Wednesday, Dec. 4-Sunday, Jan. 5 on Surly’s second floor, it’s a holiday pop-up that’s been fed after midnight.

Instead of candy canes and cozy Hallmark endings, Dorit’s avoids direct sunlight and surrounds you with cold beers, killer pizza, jello shots, and a cast of unsavory characters. (You’ll be fine, just don’t spill water on them.) Here’s a sneak preview.

This mid-‘80s dive bar tribute is now taking reservations.
