This Father’s Day, exit the minivan and enter Surly’s 2^nd Annual Battle of the Dads, a relay competition where you and your fellow Dads compete in various Dad Skill Challenges* in our Beer Garden.

Winners will receive fabulous Surly prizes, and all entrants and attendees can enjoy the music of All Tomorrow’s Petty, America’s best Tom Petty tribute band, when the competition ends.

Put down that book about World War 2 and register at the link when we post it the first week of June! Walk-ins welcome as well.

Deets:

• $25 to play. Free to attend and gently criticize Dad’s effort level, skillset, etc.
• Prizes: Gift cards, swag, beers, an immense feeling of pride.
• Register in advance or day-of.
• Doors at 11am.
• Sign-in 11:30am-noon.
• Main event: Noon-2pm.
• Winners announced: 2:30pm.
• All Tomorrow’s Petty takes the stage afterwards.

*Talking about the weather with your fellow Dads, while obviously something that needs to be done, is not one of them. We encourage you to discuss whether this rain is necessary before or after the event.
