Brewed for Wine Country
This collaboration with our friends at Fulton aims to be a true beer/wine hybrid. We used Nelson Sauvin hops and Omega thiolized lager yeast, fermented it on cherry wood, and added sauvignon blanc juice during fermentation. The result is a remarkably smooth sipper with low bitterness and pronounced notes of muscat grape and rose. To paraphrase our old tallboys: Beer for a wine glass, served from a keg.
