Aggressively hopped on Centennial, El Dorado, and Simcoe, expect massive pineapple, orange, and lemon aromatics. Departing from the dank and resinous profile of a completely traditional West Coast IPA, Yummi Bear leans more into bright, citrusy bitterness with just a hint of tropical fruit. The classically dry finish makes the whole thing super drinkable and, you know, Yummi.
