Celebrated Minnesota chef Landon Schoenefeld returns from California to show us what he’s been working on in Napa Valley.

On Saturday, February 1st, Surly will host a five-course beer dinner showcasing Landon’s interpretation of California cuisine—bright crudos, cold seafood dishes, handmade pastas, in-season produce, unctuous meats, a little smoke, and a lot of olive oil—each paired with a unique Surly beer.

Landon’s work at Haute Dish, Nighthawks, and Birdie is rightfully renowned, and we’re thrilled to welcome him back to town.
