On a tour of Surly Brewing Co. our guides will give you the back story of how Surly became Surly while taking you through our brewhouse, fermentation cellar and packaging hall. We’ll wrap up by pouring you brew samples on our tasting deck into your souvenir tasting glass and then we’ll kick you out so we can go back to brewing beer.
By checking us out you’ll also be giving back to MN communities as $1 of each guest’s tour cost goes to a local charity.
Most tours can be booked in advance; see below. If you book in advance, check-in at the company store (located inside the brewery) 10 minutes prior to your tour start time to get your wristband. No refunds for no shows.
Any spots not booked online will be available for in-store signup beginning at 11am in the Company Store on the day of that tour. $5/person for in-store sign-ups.
Tours are strictly limited to 20 people based on space, safety and providing you with the very best experience. Tours last 45-60 minutes and include standing and stairs. For your own safety, you are kindly asked to refrain from wearing flip flops, open toe shoes or high heels.
Tour guests must be at least 12 years of age and accompanied by an adult ($5 for entry with soda).

As a reminder, seating in Surly’s Beer Hall is first come, first serve and we do not accept reservations for dining in this space. Our award-winning finer dining restaurant, Brewer’s Table, is open from 5-10pm on Wednesday & Thursday and from 5-11pm on Friday & Saturday. Reservations can be made on Open Table or by calling 763.999.6526. Parties are limited to 8 people on Wednesday & Thursday and 6 people on Friday & Saturday.
