Two: Mozzafiato Italian-Style Pils. How do you follow that kind of epic? Do you slow it down or keep the tempo up? Or maybe you throw a curveball like this breathtaking pils, hoppier than its German cousin thanks to a pop of dry-hopped flavor, adding a little bit of bright, lemony swagger.
Three: Digital Wizard Mango Pale Ale. Now that you’ve melted faces and blown minds, you can take them for a little trip. A pale ale brewed with mango that casts a spell of intense flavor with a sidequest of easy-drinking approachability will do the trick.
Four: Furious IPA. The closer. The summation of the entire experience. Minnesota’s leading IPA/craft beer/non-Spam cultural export is the only choice.
