Darkness Day Guest Breweries (Part Two)

One of the benefits of holding our 2018 Darkness Day celebration in Somerset, besides creating a better overall (and legally sound) experience than a cramped Brooklyn Center industrial park can offer, is that Wisconsin law allows us to spend our favorite weekend of the year with our craft brewing friends. Not only can we pour our own beer, but also invite our favorite breweries from across the country to tap a few kegs and join the party.

In addition to the staggering array of Surly beers (Darkness, flagships, rarities, infusions, casks) we’ll have available, 50-odd craft brewers will join us for Darkness Day. Some of them are down the street from us, some of them are in the middle of a damn ocean, some of them you can’t get locally. All of them fucking rule, otherwise they wouldn’t be here.

This is not a beer sampling. You’ll be able to purchase full pours of their excellent beers. Think of it as the best craft beer bar you’ve ever been to in your life, only it’s in a Wisconsin campground. The guest beers will be tapped on Saturday only; Friday evening is reserved for the bottle share, Surly casks, and some surprises.

We’ll be rolling out the complete lineup of guest breweries over the next couple weeks. Here’s round two:

Tickets are available now, from general admission to Darkness and Darkness/variant packages. All tickets include a campsite for you to use on Friday and Saturday night. You don’t have to use it, but we encourage you to party with us (and the bands, and the food trucks) all weekend long.
