The star of the show is the Grazer, which was by far our most popular Thanksgiving add-on and now available all on its own. As a reminder, this one has EVERYTHING: smoked salmon, cornichon, caper berry, mortadella, marinated olives, coppa, ham & pickle rolls, grilled artichoke, giardiniera, caprese bites, brie, bleu cheese, prairie breeze, crackers, and crostini
If your tastes are more aquatic in nature, we also have a substantial shrimp platter, with four lbs. of shrimp, plus lemon and cocktail sauce.
Our sandwich platter hits all your deli favorites: Ham (pickles, lettuce, American, mustard), Turkey (cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli), Roast Beef (provolone, arugula, red onion, Dijon), Pastrami (Swiss, kraut, remoulade), and a Veggie Wrap (red pepper hummus, feta, olives, grilled peppers and onions, artichokes, arugula). Four of each sandwich/wrap included.

We bring you tidings of great joy--Surly`s Darkness Variants are hitting the market as you read this. In boxed 16 oz. cans that slide gracefully into a loved one`s stocking and/or your own pint glass, these delicious riffs on our iconic imperial stout are a real gift.
Your 2024 Variants:
*COLA. Developed by Surly`s Francis Willette, this effervescent Darkness detour aged in bourbon barrels with vanilla, dried orange peel, cola flavoring, and demerara sugar. You`ll get a hint of orange and spice on the nose, with overtones approaching a Mexican Coke.
*DOUBLE BARREL. Literally. Darkness aged on Tattersall Rum and O`Shaughnessy Bourbon barrels, with a generous helping of vanilla to finish. Massive rum/bourbon notes, along with vanilla sweetness and woody oak.
*CHOCOLATE LIMONCELLO. Surly VP of Brewing Operations Ben Smith came up with the inspiration for this curveball on a trip to Italy, pairing lemon puree and cacao in a Darkness base, with time spent aging on French oak for good measure. The citrus aromatics and chocolate/coffee backbone echo drinks like espresso & tonic, but this is its own damn thing. We can`t wait for you to try it.

THE SURLY GUIDE TO THANKSGIVING 2024
Thanksgiving is this week. Are you ready? The short answer is “No.” The long answer is “No, and shut up.” Winter weather, overcrowded airports, the startling fact that December starts on Sunday. It’s all barreling your way like a boulder rolling downhill. You look like you could use a beer. Some recommendations from an award-winning regional brewery can be found below:
SITUATION: The night before Thanksgiving/”Drinksgiving.” Everyone’s home to see the fam on Thursday, which means you get to hang with all your friends on Wednesday night. Unfortunately, the last time you did that, someone ordered shots that were basically scotch and kerosene. Twice. You woke up in a house that wasn’t yours in a town that wasn’t incorporated. You’re not that young anymore and you have a big day tomorrow.
SUGGESTED PAIRING: DOUBLE TAKE G&T AND DOUBLE TAKE TRANSFUSION. These limited-release social mocktails have 10mg and zero alcohol. Enjoy on ice or straight from the can. Carving the turkey without a hangover may take some getting used to, but we believe in you.
SITUATION: The "fun run." First of all, they only call it that because it rhymes. Instead of candy canes and cozy Hallmark endings, Dorit’s avoids direct sunlight and surrounds you with cold beers, killer pizza, jello shots, and a cast of unsavory characters. (You’ll be fine, just don’t spill water on them.)
