One Time Session Sour

One Time Session Sour is the base for a series of kettle soured ales.

This cranberry version was finished with an addition of sea salt, roughly along the lines of a Gose – a historic German style characterized by a crisp tartness and a pronounced saltiness that flashes across the tongue. This version also incorporates cranberry puree to enhance its aromatic character and tartness.
