Some Thanksgiving meal kits are polite affairs. A turkey breast, a dollop of potatoes, a smidge of gravy, and some cranberries straight out of the can. Surly’s meal kit, created by our award-winning Executive Chef Donald Gonzalez, is the polar f***ing opposite. It is massive. It is in surround sound. Welcome to the Surly Thanksgiving Feast.

Equipped to feed roughly 4-6 people very, very well and available via convenient pickup at our Minneapolis brewery, it’s a masterclass in holiday meal prep, from the main course to the all-important sides to dessert.

What you’ll get:

  • 2 lbs of cherry wood-smoked all-natural Ferndale MN turkey breast
  • 1.5 lbs of house-smoked bone-out pit ham
  • Turkey confit and herbed stuffing
  • Triple cheese creamed spinach
  • Traditional Thanksgiving gravy
  • Whipped bakers with aged cream and local butter
  • Pentagram-infused cranberry preserve
  • Jojo & Co.’s Pumpkin Bebop pie w/vanilla white chocolate mousse
  • Breadsmith’s handmade country white rolls
