Surly’s Sunday Brunch returns to the Beer Hall this Sunday, November 6th. Breakfast favorites (eggs benedict, biscuits & gravy, four different kinds of breakfast burritos, we even made some French toast bars) join a trio of beer and seltzer*-based cocktails. Full menu below! Brunch service is from 10am-2pm.
*Yes, Surly finally made a hard(er) seltzer to be used as a base for two of the brunch drinks. “We basically did a pilot high-gravity seltzer fermentation that came in at 14% ABV,” said Surly Head Brewer Ben Smith. “Pretty clean!” It’s only available as a part of the brunch program and will not be sold in skinny cans for the foreseeable future.
