Welcome to Surly Pizza Upstairs. Our take on New Haven-style apizza was an out-of-the-box hit when it opened in spring 2018, as it turns out beer and pizza is not just for college kids anymore. Open nights and Saturdays when we’re at our busiest, the pizza comes out fast, hot, and delicious.
