A Brief List of New Beer Hall Beers

Beer Hall, Beer Release

You’ve been thinking about hitting the Beer Hall for awhile now. There’s a new pizza place upstairs, the Beer Garden is open, the weather isn’t actively trying to murder you to death, etc.

If you needed a little extra motivation, we’re tapping a whole hell of a lot of new beers in the Beer Hall in the coming weeks. They are as follows:

  • FRISSON: This Champagne-influenced lager is a returning favorite. RELEASE DATE: 4/25/18.
  • ROSE (pictured above): MSP Head Brewer Ben Smith loves rosé. So we brewed a rosé-influenced beer. Sometimes it’s just that simple, dammit. Crisp, refreshing, and defiantly pink-ish, this lager rides currants and strawberries for a fruit-forward, low-ABV beer. Ideal for the season. RELEASE DATE: 4/25/18.
  • EL CHINGON: This dark, Mexican-style lager is a collab with Cervecería Transpeninsular and former Surly brewer Calloway Ryan. It’s rich with sweet/bready malt flavors, yet finishes crisp and clean. RELEASE DATE: 5/5/18.
  • INSIDE THE UPSIDE DOWN: This collaboration with Miami’s J. Wakefield Brewing marries our hop-forward style with their fruit-forward expertise. The result: A dry-hopped imperial kettle sour with strawberry and raspberry. It’s almost otherworldly. RELEASE DATE: 5/9/18.
  • MOSAIC KETTLE SOUR: Another returning favorite, this “fruit bomb without the fruit” is dry-hopped on heaps of Mosaic and finished on Brett. You get a ton of funky, fruity-pineapple character and tropical aromatics. RELEASE DATE: 5/9/18.

And there are more to come, including one that’s getting a daylong celebration. We’ll let you know when we let you know.
