Brewer’s Table is located on the upper floor of our Minneapolis brewery and offers a chef-driven experience that aims to build on the movement of bringing the pint to the plate — by pairing exceptional food with exemplary beer.

The name of the restaurant emphasizes the primary idea of the venture — where beer harmonizes with food to empower trailblazing pairings that showcase an extensive representation of flavor profiles, of both food and beer.

Executive Chef Jorge Guzman and his chef de cuisine developed an elevated and ambitious dining menu that will change frequently and challenge diners’ tastes. The quality and thought that goes into the food reflects the same passion we put into Surly beer. True to our philosophy, all menu ingredients are from local or well-sourced farms and reliable vendors.

The restaurant seats 85 diners inside and an additional 28 on its outdoor deck — which offers views of the Beer Garden and the Witch’s Hat tower. The restaurant’s minimalistic aesthetic features cedar wood accents on the walls with black walnut tables to create a graceful yet casual space with a non-pretentious atmosphere. We’re trying to take things to the next level but there’s no need for suits and ties, folks.

Brewer’s Table Hours:

Wednesday & Thursday: 5pm-10pm | Friday & Saturday: 5pm-11pm

Brewer’s Table Reservations:

Reservations are available only for Brewer’s Table and recommended for table seating. The bar seating areas within Brewer’s Table are first-come, first-served. Due to the service style, we do not seat incomplete parties. Reservations are not available for our Beer Hall Restaurant, which has a different menu.

Brewer’s Table Menu:

The menu explores new dishes that can be easily shared or savored separately, and offers various routes to enjoy familiar or more adventurous bites. The menu will change frequently so check back often for the most up-to-date menu.
