KA-COW! Our oatmeal brown ale, Bender, gets aged on cacao nibs and vanilla beans before adding locally roasted Guatemalan cold coffee. American hops contribute an orange-like citrusy hop nose and firm bitterness and specialty malts usher in cascades of cocoa, bitter-coffee, caramel, and hints of vanilla and cream. Tootsie roll flavors and a cappuccino-like creaminess provide a smooth finish.
